Located in Fairfield New Jersey, Valdata Systems was incorporated in 1996. The company was started with the resources of three companies. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to developing software and hardware solutions which help manufactures of Cosmetic, Flavor & Fragrance, Pharmaceutical and Vitamin products produce more with less.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to create, develop and implement integrated software systems which will increase our customers' ability to produce more product in less time, without errors, while using less resources. We will continue to use leading edge technology to ensure the accuracy and validity of the inventory and production data that our systems collect. We will develop software and hardware solutions which meet and enforce industry and regulatory requirements. We will continually adapt our thinking to better meet the ever-changing operational and regulatory environment. We will conduct ourselves ethically and support the needs of our customers, employees and shareholders as our top priority.

Tom Winter, President
Growing up in New Jersey, Tom graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 1988 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. After college, Tom began his professional career working as a sales engineer for a NJ based company (CMI) that designed, manufactured and sold ferrite cores. After leaving CMI in 1990, Tom began working for the family business. Since then, Tom has been instrumental in the formation and growth of Integrated Scale Systems (1991) and Valdata Systems (1996). Tom is happily married to his wife Donna. Together they have three boys Eric, Casey and Jack.

| Michael Feliciano, Service Manager
Michael Feliciano is the Service Manager with Integrated Scale Systems, the sister company to Valdata Systems. Michael has over eight years with Integrated Scale and has been instrumental in many complex systems installations.
Michael Feliciano has a background in installations and customer service, and is dedicated to making sure the Valdata CMS software and scale integrations happen seamlessly.

| Susan Balsamello, Marketing Director
Susan graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Marketing from William Paterson University, and has devoted her career to sales and marketing within the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. With over a decade of experience Susan has a firm understanding of the specific challenges and needs of her customer base. Susan is a New Jersey native, and lives in Hunterdon County with her two daughters where she is active with her children and her local church.
